My work has moved through telecom products, digital business, national digital transformation, and entrepreneurship. The recurring task has been to connect technology with the people, processes, and commercial realities that make it useful.

At Grameenphone, the work included business cloud, hosting, messaging services, broadband, and mobile VPN products. Digital business at AGNI Systems and business development at SSL Wireless extended that perspective into cloud, IoT, commerce, and enterprise solutions.

In the a2i ecosystem, innovation commercialisation and eCommerce implementation brought another dimension: how businesses, institutions, and rural entrepreneurs participate in digital change.

The operating perspective.

I have been building and operating businesses since 2015. Vapor World connects physical retail with online sales. BeShuddho, operating since 2020, brings the demands of product quality and delivery into focus. NearbyGadget adds a consumer-technology perspective.

These businesses keep the work grounded in daily decisions: what customers need, what a team can deliver, and how a service earns trust over time.

Today, that trajectory leads into practical AI for business. Pinacall is the current flagship, connecting customer conversations with useful actions. My wider interests include AI adoption for SMEs, Bangladesh’s AI ecosystem, and emerging-market transformation.
